Sauers Uniforms & Workwear is a long-standing family business serving the Fraser Coast for nearly 40 years. We help tradies, schools and local businesses find uniforms, workwear and safety boots that fit properly and last.

About Us

We are looking for someone who is reliable, hands-on and organised to assist with receiving stock, picking and packing orders, and dispatching goods accurately and on time.

This role suits someone who enjoys practical work, follows processes well, and takes pride in keeping things accurate and organised behind the scenes.

  • Experience in pick and pack, dispatch, receiving, stock handling or similar work is preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Retail experience is helpful, but not essential
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to follow processes carefully
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes when required
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help the team

What We’re Looking For

The Role

This role is split into two main responsibilities: Pick & Pack and some Retail

Most of your time in this role will be spent picking, packing, receiving stock and helping keep goods moving through the business accurately and efficiently.

At times, you will also help support customers in-store and assist the retail team during busy periods.

  • Pick customer orders accurately
  • Pack orders neatly and securely for dispatch
  • Prepare parcels and cartons for courier collection
  • Process online pickups, transfers and customer collections
  • Help ensure orders are dispatched on time and correctly

Pick, Pack & Dispatch

Retail Support

  • Help customers on the shop floor when required
  • Assist with product enquiries
  • Support the team during busy periods
  • Help keep the store neat, well-presented and organised
  • Replenish shelves and maintain merchandising displays
  • Stable, long-term role in a respected local business
  • Training in product knowledge, workwear fittings and embroidery services
